Knee sizes 5 and 7mm

1. Take a flexible tape measure and follow the instructions below:

Slightly flex the knee, drop 10cm from the center of the patula and measure the circumference around the leg.

2. If you do not have a flexible tape measure, take a non-elastic cable or rope and then measure the length that you have been given with a ruler.

As far as you have obtained, check the following table to find out which knee length corresponds to you.

Measure in centimeter:28-33 XS // 33-35 Size S // 35-37 Size M // 37-40 Size L // 40-44 Size XL // 44-48 Size XXL

Measure in inches:11-12.9 XS // 13-13.8 size S // 13.8-14.6Size M // 14.6-15.8Size L //15.8-17.3Size XL // 17.3-18.9 Size XXL
