Policy of Changes and Returns

All BANBROKEN purchases will be eligible for an extended 60-day return policy (some exceptions apply*).

If you have had your new BANBROKEN products during the 60-day trial period and have decided, for whatever reason, that they are not right for you, here is how to make a return.

Policy of Changes and Returns

1. Size Changes

  • First Free Change: We offer a first size exchange at no additional cost to the customer within the European Union. Banbroken will cover the shipping costs for both the collection and delivery of the new product.
  • Clients outside the European Union: Customers from countries outside the European Union will be responsible for shipping both exchanges and returns. In addition, they will be responsible for any fees, expenses derived from customs agencies or costs related to applicable local laws.
  • Procedure:
    • Return Label Request: The customer must request a return label through our customer service at info@banbroken.com (only applicable to countries within the EU).
    • Delivery of the Article: Once the label has been obtained, the customer must deposit the item at one of our associated collection points (for countries within the EU).

2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal Period: In accordance with European regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without the need for justification.
  • Conditions:
    • Product Status: The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of use and with its packaging and labels intact.
    • Shipping Responsibility:
      • Customers within the EU: The customer must send the item to our facilities at the following address:
        Perete Street 21, 29006 MAlaga, Spain.
      • Customers outside the EU: The customer will be responsible for sending the item and assuming the shipping costs, customs fees and costs derived from local laws.
  • Refund: Once the condition of the product has been received and verified, we will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 days.

3. Exclusion of Personalized Products
Changes and returns of personalized products are not accepted, unless the item has manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Banbroken. This is due to the personalized nature of the product, created exclusively according to the customer's specifications, as established by European regulations in article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

4. Exceptions
Some products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned. These exceptions will be clearly indicated in the product description.
