EXCHANGE, RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Size Changes
First Free Change (EU)
We offer a free initial size exchange for orders shipped within the European Union. BANBROKEN will cover the shipping costs for both pickup and delivery of the new product.

Customers outside the EU
Customers residing outside the European Union must manage and cover all shipping costs for exchanges or returns. This includes any taxes, customs fees, or charges associated with local regulations.

Procedure

Return Label Request (EU only): You must request it by email to info@banbroken.com.

Delivery of the Item: The product must be deposited at one of our authorized collection points.

Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)
Pursuant to Article 102 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any justification within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Product Conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned:

In its original state.

No signs of use.

With its packaging and labels intact.

Return Form and Expenses

EU Customers: The customer must send the product to:

BANBROKEN – Calle Perete, 21, 29006 Málaga, Spain.
The entrepreneur may offer free collection or assistance in the process.

Customers outside the EU: The customer assumes full shipping costs, customs duties, and other local expenses.

Refund

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly indicates otherwise.

The full amount of the product plus standard delivery costs, if applicable, will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or verified their return, whichever occurs first.

Delivery Time
Pursuant to Article 47.d) of DL 1/2012, the maximum delivery or availability period for the consumer shall not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of the order, unless expressly agreed between the parties.

Exclusion of Customized Products
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized products or products manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error attributable to BANBROKEN, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Some products cannot be returned due to their nature, such as:

Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Items that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

Any other legally established exception.

These limitations will be clearly indicated on the corresponding product sheet.
