Tu pedido rebajado se envió de forma rápida y GRATIS, si deseas un cambio de talla también es GRATIS para ti, ojo! gratis para ti, pero los pagamos nosotros!, que la empresa de transporte nos cobra en cada porte y al repartidor que suda para encontraros tmb hay que pagarle cada reparto... por eso, aunque nos gustaría que todo fuera gratis para vosotros, tenemos que cobrar ciertas cosas para que podemos seguir en pie. un envío y devolución son 15€ que no podemos soportar por el bajo margen de los productos y más en rebajas. Sin más espero que lo entiendas porque trabajamos poniendo el alma en cada pedido y vuestra satisfación es nuestra mejor recompensa, sentimos si no todo es idilico pero hay cosas que no son posibles por el momento para nosotros.
