THE ENTHUSIAM.
"Nothing big has been achieved without enthusiasm." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
There is a difference between the one that is “there” and the one that is “being there”.
I sewn up a lucky person for the education received; one of the lessons my father burned for me was, whatever you do, do it with trust! Do it with enthusiasm!
A father can go to his son's football game and sit in the stands with his phone, waiting for the end. Or you can go and follow the training and be there passionately. (Not screaming or cheering; but wishing to be there. One is ''right there.'' The other is “being there”.
You can go to train to comply or go to train to enjoy the process and give yourself to each training, repe and everything that surrounds you. From the outside looking in, it may not be as visibly obvious as the effects it leaves behind.
By doing things to do them, it usually does not leave any benefit and leave you with bad mental health consequences...
Think about it, and mostly question yourself by looking in the mirror. Look at yourself in every daily activity.
Do I say goodbye in a mediocre way with my partner before going to work? Do I greet an employee with a “How are you?” even though we don't mean it? Do I expect the hours to pass while I work?
It's okay to discover them in our daily lives. This is all mental health and of course they happen, as we feel comfortable in a routine. But it doesn't mean they should stay that way.
Good week and # super strength.
