5 and 7 mm Knee Sleeves Size

1. Take a flexible tape measure and follow these instructions:

Bend your knee slightly, go 10 cm down from the center of the kneecap and measure the circumference around your leg.

2. If you don't have a flexible tape measure, use a non-stretch cable or string and then measure the length with a ruler.

With the measurement you've taken, check the following chart to find your knee sleeve size.

Measurement in centimeters: 28-33 XS// 33-35 size S // 35-37 size M // 37-40 size L // 40-44 size XL // 44-48 size XXL

Measurement in inches: 11-12.9 XS// 13-13.8 size S // 13.8-14.6 size M // 14.6-15.8 size L // 15.8-17.3 size XL // 17.3-18.9 size XXL
