EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

1. 30-day trial on HISPANO and LEVITO shoes

Train in them for 30 days. If you're not convinced, we'll refund you even if they've been worn.

• Who it applies to: orders for HISPANO and LEVITO shoes placed on or after October 2, 2026 and shipped within the European Union.
• Period: 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
• Permitted use: you can train in them as normal. The only exclusions are intentional damage, modifications to the product or wear unrelated to normal athletic use.
• How to request it: email us at info@banbroken.com with your order number. We'll send you a free return label.
• Refund: we'll refund the price of the shoes using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive them.
• Gifts: you don't need to return free gift items included in a promotion.
• One trial per customer.

This trial is a commercial guarantee offered by BANBROKEN. It is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights as a consumer (right of withdrawal and legal guarantee of conformity).

2. Size exchanges

• HISPANO and LEVITO shoes: free size exchanges, as many times as you need, within 60 days of receiving your order, for orders shipped within the European Union. Exchanges are for the same model in a different size, subject to availability.
• All other products: you have 60 days from receipt to exchange the size. The first exchange is free within the European Union. The product must be unused and have its tags attached.

For free exchanges, BANBROKEN covers the cost of collection and of shipping the new product.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Article 102 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Notify us at info@banbroken.com or by any other unequivocal statement, and return the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from that notification.

For the statutory withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, and in its packaging. This condition does not apply to the HISPANO and LEVITO 30-Day Trial, under which worn shoes are accepted.

4. Defective products and legal guarantee

All products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, in accordance with Article 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). If a product is defective or does not match your order, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. If the claim is justified, we will cover the shipping costs.

5. Customers outside the European Union

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns from outside the European Union are borne by the customer, including taxes, duties and any customs charges.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly request a different one at no cost to you.
• In the event of statutory withdrawal, we refund the price of the product and the standard shipping costs. We do not refund the additional cost of express delivery chosen by the customer.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or proof that it has been sent.

7. Personalized products and exceptions

Exchanges and returns are not accepted for personalized products or products made to the customer's specifications, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error by BANBROKEN. Products sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed, and products liable to deteriorate rapidly, also cannot be returned. These exceptions are indicated on the product page.

8. Delivery time and pre-orders

The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the order, in accordance with Article 47.d) of Legislative Decree 1/2012 (Decreto Legislativo 1/2012), unless another period is agreed. For pre-order products, the estimated shipping date is shown on the product page before purchase and is the delivery period agreed with you when you place your order. The 30-Day Trial and exchange periods begin when you receive your order.
