SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY – BANBROKEN SPAIN, S.L.

This policy regulates the terms of shipping, delivery, exchanges, returns and refunds applicable to orders placed on the website. https://banbroken.com, managed by BANBROKEN SPAIN, S.L. (CIF: B93551323), with registered office at Calle Perete, 21 – 29006 Málaga, Spain.


1. Scope of Delivery

We ship nationally and internationally. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.


2. Processing and Delivery Times

ProsecutionAll orders are processed within an estimated 24 hours. Express delivery orders are prioritized but also require this preparation time. If the courier has already collected the order for the day, the order will be dispatched the next business day.

Maximum legal term: In compliance with the Article 47.d) of Legislative Decree 1/2012 of the Andalusian Regional Government, the maximum delivery time for any product will not exceed 30 calendar days from the formalization of the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the client.

Partial deliveryBANBROKEN reserves the right to make partial shipments if an item is unavailable or if the product is customized. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email at no additional shipping cost.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight, destination, and order value. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout. Shipments within the European Union are eligible for promotions such as free standard delivery for orders above a minimum amount.


4. Exchanges, Returns and Right of Withdrawal

First change free: A first size exchange is offered at no additional cost within the European Union. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with its original packaging and tags intact.

Customized products: Returns or exchanges of custom-made or personalized products (for example, BanbrokeniD products) are not accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error attributable to BANBROKEN, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Legal right of withdrawal: The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal without justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

  • To do so, you must communicate your decision via email. info@banbroken.com.

  • The product must be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from said communication.

  • The order amount, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that this does not incur any additional cost.

Exclusion of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal will not apply to products that are clearly personalized or manufactured according to the customer's specifications.


5. International Clients (outside the EU)

Customers residing outside the European Union will be responsible for:

  • Shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns.

  • Fees, tariffs or charges arising from customs or local legislation.

BANBROKEN will not assume any additional costs arising from the country of destination or return.


6. Information on Refunds

Refunds will always be made using the same payment method used during the purchase process, in accordance with Article 107.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
In the case of a full refund, standard shipping costs will also be included, but express delivery services specifically selected by the customer will not.

In case of disagreement with the shipping or delivery services, the customer may:

  • Contact our customer service team directly.

  • Claim before the Spanish Consumer Agency wave Trade Inspection of the Andalusian Government, pursuant to Article 84 of Legislative Decree 1/2012.
